8th Introduction to Kayaking and Training Program 2010

Goa Kayaking's 8th Introduction to Kayaking and Training Program will be conducted at Vainguinim Beach, Dona Paula, Panaji from May 7-10 & 14-17, 2010 respectively.

These will be the last programs before the onset of the monsoons.

Both programs will start on the first day at 7.0 am and will finish at 10 am. Thereafter all participants will be divided into convenient batches based on age, etc. and will be allotted convenient time slots to continue with their practice asnd training.

Entries for both programs can be given at Angleys Sports Shop, Opp. Municipal Garden, Panaji or Nobert's Fitness Studio, Miramar Dona Paula road, Panaji.

We hope to have an excellent response and look forward to training a whole new group of enthusiastic kayakers, who will hopefully join us in our weekly sojurns on the rivers and coast of Goa!

This year, in addition to our regular instructors who did duty in the last 4 camps, we hope to empanel 2 more who will hopefully increase the interaction and offer a more wholesome learning experience!

Goa Kayaking conducts daily Kayaking Expeditions with Special Skinny Expeditions planned for this weekend January 30,31, 2010, in the Mandovi, Zuari, Nerul, Chapora and Colvale rivers.

Skinnys' are short low cost no frills excursions on the water for experienced kayakers, who carry their own snacks, fruit and drinking water/fruit drinks. Generally led by club members to reduce cost. Ideal for students and others on a low budget.
